Event Details
Date: Thursday, 25 April 2024
Drop-off Time: 0745 at Bldg. 93 Lindner Conference Center (LCC)
Pick-up Time: 1145-1215 at Bldg. 94/95 parking lot
Event Overview: upon check-in, children will be given T-shirts and "goodie bags" and sorted into tour groups. BYCTWD tours are for children age 7-12. IATTE tours are for children age 13-17. After a couple speeches from Picatinny senior leaders, groups will go on tours of various labs and facilities throughout Picatinny. At the end of the tours, children and their parents/guardians have the option of going to The Club for a lunch.

Military registration opens 09 April at 0800 and closes 12 April at 1700.
Volunteer registration (per official roster) opens 11 April at 0800 and closes 12 April at 1700.
General Picatinny community registration opens 15 April at 0800.

Important Registration Notes
- Registration is a TWO STEP process. After completing the above form, be sure to go to the Store to pay the event fee.
- After completing the payment, a confirmation email is sent via Square Up. If it is not in your inbox, check Junk/Spam mail!
- The fee is non-refundable. If you need to cancel last minute, be sure to contact [email protected] to update the roster.
- Wait List: if the event shows as "sold out" in the store, still be sure your registration form is complete to be put on the wait list. Registrants will be contacted on a first-come-first-serve basis should slots become available.
