The vision of the Women in Defense Picatinny Chapter is to be the primary choice for our members to build their personal and professional networks, obtain mentoring, and to participate in developmental programs that are geared towards assisting them to reach their fullest potential.

The mission of the Women in Defense Picatinny Chapter is to bring together a diverse mix of women and men within the Picatinny Arsenal community that are able to connect and support each other, deliver programs that contributes to their personal and professional development, and share a common goal that strives to help build and enhance our community.
